1、 Advantages and characteristics of pneumatic chuck

1. Compared with ordinary chucks, the working efficiency of pneumatic chucks will be greatly improved, such as in clamping. And the practical life will be much longer than that.

2. The pneumatic chuck structure is very simple, without those complicated parts and components, so the installation is very convenient and labor-saving, and it is not easy to cause errors.

3. In terms of consumable energy, this is the most eye-catching advantage, which can be called no consumption. And environmental protection without pollution, which is an extremely practical and superb advantage in today's increasingly serious environmental pollution.

4. The safety factor is extremely high. In the machinery industry, everyone knows that safety is the most important item. Therefore, pneumatic chuck has strict factory inspection, pressure test and error test, which are all zero risk. Therefore, the pneumatic chuck can be accepted and used by the majority of users in the field

2、 Instructions for installation of pneumatic chuck

1. Take out the connecting sleeve, screw on the screw and connect it to the tail of the main shaft. Use a dial indicator to correct the outer circle and end face runout of the connecting sleeve to be controlled within 0.05mm, and lock the screw.

2. Take out the chuck, wipe it with a rag, and use a caliper to measure whether the dimension of the lathe flange is consistent with the connection dimension of the chuck. If not, please finish the flange according to the chuck size.

3. Take out the spiral air pipe, cover the ornament hoop, and install the air pipe on the ventilation nozzle of the chuck. Then clamp the hoop with a vice, and do not damage the air pipe during installation.

4. Wrap the trachea with capsules in sections to ensure smoothness, and then help mark No. 1 and No. 2 at the tail of the trachea. Then fasten the air pipe through the lathe spindle with thin iron wire to make the air pipe pass through the spindle smoothly, and hold the chuck to move backward synchronously and lightly buckle it on the flange.

5. Take out the screws, fix the chuck on the flange, and measure the outer circle runout ≤ 0.05.

6. Tighten the air pipe, cut off the excess air pipe at the tail, and reserve it for about 50-100mm long filling outside the main shaft. And it can naturally spring back into the main shaft, and then try to blow No. 1 and No. 2 air pipes to observe whether the chuck moves smoothly.

7. Put on the hoop, connect the No. 1 and No. 2 gas pipes with the No. 1 and No. 2 gas nozzles on the pneumatic gyrator, and then clamp the hoop.

8. Connect and rotate the air pressure rotator with the connecting sleeve, and then try to blow No. 1 and No. 2 air holes. Observe whether the chuck moves smoothly to prevent the air pipe at the air pressure rotator from twisting.

9. Fix the "anti rotation screw" at the lower part of the pneumatic rotator to prevent it from rotating with the main shaft.

10. First, fix the circuit board and switch on the lathe, close to the air pressure rotator, and then connect the air pipe to introduce 220V or 24V power supply.

11. Fill the oil reservoir on the oil-water separator, ventilate and adjust the pressure and oil output, power on the machine tool, operate the switch, and the chuck can move smoothly.
